Happy HorrorDays will be open December 14th, 15th, 21st, and 22nd. Our Box Office will be open 7PM - 10PM each night.
On peak nights, a limited number of Spirit Pass Tickets are available. You may purchase this ticket at the Ticket Booth (cash only) or Online (credit card). Spirit Pass ticket holders float to the front of the line, do not wait in the general line. Your wait will be minimal.
Return and Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or returns. If you do not complete all attractions you may use your ticket on another open night during the season. If you have a Sunday ticket you can upgrade at the ticket booth.
Inclement Weather Policy
Haunted Hills Estate has two indoor attractions and will not close due to normal seasonal weather conditions. In the unlikely event that extreme weather forces us to be closed on a given night, tickets can be used on any other applicable night (based on ticket type purchased). The Challenge Trail will close for treacherous path conditions.
All Tickets Sales Are Final, No refunds.
Group Sales Information
Group ticket sales must be arranged in advance. Tickets must be purchased in one transaction and then distributed to the group. 15 or more people is required to receive the group rates.

In your email, please include your name, contact information, date of visit, and size of group. We will then contact you to make arrangements.
Haunted Hills Estate reserves the right to refuse admittance without refund to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior. Guests who plan on “celebrating” with alcohol should arrive early and before the partying begins. We thank you for your cooperation in helping keep HHE a safe event for all who attend.
